Greetings

Mountain View is a non-denominational, co-educational primary school, that provides a happy supportive school environment catering for children between the ages of  4 and 13. We strive to maintain high standards through a rich, varied and exciting curriculum. At all times students are encouraged to think positively not only about themselves but also about their friends, family and community. Because physical education plays such an important role in a child's development the school offers a wide variety of physical activities such as swimming, gymnastics and dance. From an early age children are taught sport, such as football, basketball, hockey and netball.

The school supplies a curriculum that has as its cornerstone reading, writing, mathematics and communication through language. The older students are taught the basic skills necessary to use a computer. Special classes with special needs assistants and teachers are provided for any students that have special educational needs.
